How can I request a repair for my gear?Updated a month ago

As part of our commitment to sustainable, lasting gear, we recommend getting your gear repaired whenever possible. If you think the damage qualifies for our Warranty, please complete the Warranty Claim Form.

For gear repairs not under warranty, we recommend the following repair businesses to request a repair: 

• For packs, tents, sleeping bags (includes trail quilts and blankets)

  • Rugged Thread

  • Rainy Pass Repair

  • Boulder Mountain Repair

• For tent pole repairs

  • Tent Pole Technologies

Each of these repair businesses are equipped to repair Kammok products and have a mail-in option if you are not local. They are not affiliated with Kammok and do require a repair fee. We do not facilitate in-house repairs at this time.
