Yes. You can use the included hammock accessory kit to secure your Puffin Pillow to your Roo hammock as a hammock pillow. 

Loop each toggle end of the shock cord through the eyelets welded onto the Puffin pillow. Hook the other end of the shock cord to the gear loop found at the peak on the inside of your Roo hammock.
