What happens to the crosswing shade panel if it rains?
The Crosswing Shade Panel can stay set up in the rain and will not affect its performance. We recommend waiting for the product to dry prior to storing.
What wind speed is safe to use the crosswing shade panel in?
If wind speeds exceed 25mph, we recommend either retracting the tarp or using telescoping tarp poles to make the crosswing system more secure.
Will the 5ft fit on the 7ft crosswing shade panels or vice versa?
No, the 5ft and 7ft Crosswing Shade Panels are only designed to work on their respective awning size.
Can the shade panel be used along with the poles?
Yes! Both the Crosswing Shade Panel and the Pole Packs use the same toggles to slot into the awning faceplate. You have to slot both toggles into place before tightening down each accessory.
