What’s your return policy?Updated a month ago

You may return your gear within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. All items must be in new condition, with tags and wraps still intact, to be eligible. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. 

Gear returned to us must be in new condition with tags or wraps intact to be eligible for a refund. If a product has been opened or used, we will inspect returns on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that we may charge a 20% restocking fee or reject the return in such cases.

If any additional packaging is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to supply.  We aim to process returns within 7 days. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
