How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send any products back to us without first initiating a return via email. you have not initiated a return, we cannot
When will I get my refund?
We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 5 business days after they are received at our facility. Please keep in mind that we may be backlogged after peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer to process your return during those time
Does Kammok allow international returns?
Yes, we can facilitate returns for international customers with 30 days of ordering. However, we are unable to create international return labels, and you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please contact us at [email protected]
Can I request a product exchange?
If you'd like to exchange your gear, we will process a return for the item you'd like to change out, and then you can place a new order for the desired item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, but there may be shipping applied
