What does the Kammok warranty NOT cover?Updated 5 months ago
Our warranty Adventure Grade Guarantee is based on the lifetime of the product, not the user, and does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear or aging of materials.
- Cosmetic damage (scuffs, stains, loose threads) that doesn’t affect function or safety.
- Misuse, including exceeding weight limits, jumping, or swinging.
- UV damage from leaving the product exposed rather than packing it after use.
- Accidental damage not due to defects (rips, burns, cuts, animal damage).
- Alterations or use outside the intended purpose.
- Replacement of cords, stuff sacks, or bags for any products.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Outlet products.
