What is included with my purchase of a Crosswing?
All crosswings come with a set of mounting hardware including the Talon Mount Kit , Extra T Slot hardware, user manual, installation tools. 5’ crosswings include a 5’ fully assembled awning and 7’ crosswings include a 7’ fully assembled awnin. Basket
How many colors and sizes is the crosswing available in?
The crosswing is available 2 colors - Charcoal Gray and Desert Tan. It is also available in 2 sizes - in 5′ and 7′ ft.
What is the difference between the 5’ and 7’ Crosswing awning?
The only difference between the Crosswing 5’ and 7’ is the length. The 5’ Crosswing takes up 5 feet of length on top of your car, while the 7’ Crosswing takes 7 feet of length on top of your car.
How can I check if my roof rack is compatible with the Crosswing?

What do I do to attach the crosswing on the side of my vehicle? I do not want to install it on top of my roof rack because it will not fit in my garage, it's too high.

Do I need to remove the crosswing from my car when I go get a carwash?
Yes. We highly recommend you remove it first to avoid ruining your crosswing.

How do I adjust the tension on my Crosswing?
Please watch and follow the instructions in this video: Adjusting Crosswing Tension. To start, we suggest adding 25 rotations. If the Crosswing still needs more tension after that, you can add 5 additional rotations as needed.
What is the Mounting Distance Requirements for installing the crosswing on my roof rack?
The vehicle-side mounts for the 5-ft Crosswing should be approximately 39–43 inches apart while the mounts for the 7-ft Crosswing should be approximately 53–57 inches apart. These ranges allow the brackets to sit securely and prevent wobble or excess
